The foundation of Fraternity Church is deeply tied to a spiritual journey that began through a personal encounter with God and a lifelong commitment to faith, discipline, and service.
This calling was shaped through years of ministry experience, reflection, and engagement within communities around Thika Town and the wider Nairobi region.
Strong spiritual roots trace back to Rwathia Location in Kangema, Murang’a County — a place of early spiritual awakening and family heritage that continues to influence the church’s identity and mission today.

Called into ministry from an early spiritual awakening, Bishop Julius Maina has devoted his life to teaching the Word, guiding believers, and building a Christ-centered church rooted in truth, discipline, and spiritual transformation.

Head of Children’s Ministry
